Cancellation Policy: Once you have made an appointment with Elite Services Quality Clean we set that appointment exclusively and respectively for you. We ask that you cancel your appointment with 24-hour minimum notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time or no show then you will be charged our minimum charge of $125.00. We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability. Should you no show twice we will require a deposit in order to book your appointment for the 3rd time.
